2nd edition of campaign

The second edition of the “Visibly, safer!” ("Widocznie, bezpieczniej!") campaign has come to an end!

Beginning in April 2024, Julia Kozal and Klaudia Galecka from the Marketing Department, together with police units, visited elementary schools in Srem city and the surrounding area to jointly educate children on road safety behavior and basic traffic regulations.

As a company that has daily contact with transportation - our mission is to educate on the rules of the road and responsible behavior on the road. After all, it's all about safety - not just for cyclists, but for all road users on the road.

We told the children:

  • what a helmet is for and whether it is necessary to ride in it,
  • what a bicycle should be equipped with ready to ride,
  • how you can increase your visibility on the road and whether this actually improves our safety,
  • how to properly signal your intentions on the road,
  • what regulations apply to them at what age,
  • how to pass a bicycle card and what it gives.

Thus, from April to July we trained about... two and a half thousand children on the principles of safe movement and being visible on the road!

The whole campaign was crowned by an event co-organized with the Decathlon Franowo store in Poznań, during which children could:

  • visit rescue, medical and police zones,
  • try their hand at passing an educational obstacle course,
  • see the inside of a fire truck,
  • eat delicious ice cream from Sfury,
  • win an electric scooter in the main competition!

The zones were presented by:

  • Fire and Rescue Unit No. 7 from the Poznan City Fire Department (Jednostka Ratowniczo-Gaśnicza nr 7 w Poznaniu z Komendy Miejskiej Państwowej Straży Pożarnej w Poznaniu),
  • Police Station Poznań - Nowe Miasto from the Municipal Police Headquarters in Poznań (Komisariat Policji Poznań - Nowe Miasto z Komendy Miejskiej Policji w Poznaniu),
  • School of Aspirants of the State Fire Service in Poznan (Szkoła Aspirantów Państwowej Straży Pożarnej w Poznaniu),
  • Decathlon Franowo,
  • Imex Logistics.

Honorary patronage of the campaign and its finale was assumed by the Provincial Police Headquarters in Poznan, the Mayor of Srem city, the Municipal Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Poznan.

Media patronage for the campaign was provided by Radio Poznan, Gazeta Mosińska-Puszczykowska, bikeBoard, Poznan prestige, Tygodnik Śremski - Śrem NaszeMiasto.pl. Thank you for your support to everyone involved in our campaign! We are delighted that the campaign reached such a wide audience and enjoyed considerable interest.

See you next year!
